Select a post

I made some mods to the default Generic 4 axis Mill post and saved it with a different name Generic Fanuc 4X Mill_dav.

 

Now I want to select this modified post.

 

In Operations Manager/Properties/Files/Machine-Toolpath copy /Edit Replace.

 

The post file I can't change? How can I select the edited post?

Take a few moments to read through the Getting Started guide (specifically "Working with Control Files and Control Definitions" - bottom of page 161). You will need to add your post to the post list in either an existing control file or a new control file. I would suggest adding it and then importing the pages and post text from your existing control file as the settings should be identical (unless you want to change them). Once the post is assigned to a control file, you will be able to assign it to a machine def and then post with it.
