STOCK SETUP

I'm using a WCS, I have set my stock up in the Ops manager, files/stock setup.

It all looks good the RED outline of the stock is what I want. I can not get this stock setup into Verify. In verify I select "Use stock Setup values" but the verify solid it creates is no where near the right place?

Did you set up your stock prior to WCS? If not, that might be your problem. Or maybe I have it backwards, but I believe your View in stock setup is wrong.

 

I don't use stock setup, but every once in a while my stock doesn't show up in Verify. The stock setup is always the culprit. I go into files-stock setup and see that it's in a different view. After changing it to top, all is well.

The WCS was the first thing I setup.Then in files/stock setup i changed the "Stock view" to my WCS.

All looks great on my screen in Mcam.Its just wrong in Verify?

EDIT: Change the view in stock setup to TOP and see if that helps.

Got it mate! Unticked "Centre on axis" all good now.

somtimes I have to reset my origin in stock setup again after picking the corners of the block to get it to read the correct origin as per WCS.
