verify problem

Maybe someone can help me. I seem to be getting a different result in verify than what I'm being shown in my backplot. The problem seems to be just one tool, a 4" slot mill. I may have something set incorrectly somewhere but I can't find where. If someone could take a look at my file I'll send it. Thanks, Mike K.

Thanks John. I uploaded the file to the FTP. It's called MC0117898-001.Z2G It looks like my chamfer mill representation is incorrect also. I must have something checked wrong.

i took a looky. everything seems ok here except you may want to enter and exit a little further away from the part(gouges/collisions).

also try roll cutter around corners?...none on op2

what exactly were you seeing that you dint like?
