MR2 HSM & Mori HSM Don't Mix

MR2 HSM and Mori HSM (G150P10000) don't like each other. I have posted HSM Core Roughing Operations with minumum distance with 800 IPM feed rate. Once it goes into a 3 axis move The Mori goes into an ILLEGAL PLANE SELECT alarm.

 

With that said I have also used minumum distance with rapid and this works fine except the Mori max feed rate is 196 ipm without G150 so if you program 500 ipm it will only go 196 ipm.

 

What am I doing wrong?

you can change your parameter to unclamp max feedrate

oh also I dont think the G15 can change planes between G17, G18, G19 although I am not sure on that.

Will you get geometry overshoot if you unclamp max feedrate?

yes, without the G15 it will not check points.

you may be able to turn off the G15 inbetween G17, G18, G19 and turn back on at first G1

I think it is just alarming out because look ahead is on during plane change.
