Ok,

 

I'm looking at it. What exactly do you want to run in Full Rotary? To me, the part seems like a 3 axis part the way it's set up. Am I missing something?

I am not sure what James sent you, but here is my take on it. Use 5 axis flow with a 4 axis output. Select your sufaces at this view and should be good from here. I would check surfaces to keep it off of your small wall you have there. You could also try 5 axis Cruve but that requires you to do a little work so try this 1st if not I can show you how to use 5 axis curve wit ha 4th axis output.
