Lathe home position

Im trying to get the correct home position posted for a Lathe.

I have "Write home position clearance moves" ticked in tool settings.

 

I have "Get position from Machine definition" ticked in the controll def.

 

I have input values under home position in "Mahine Axis Combinations".

 

But I can not get the home position for tool changes in the posted code to change.

 

 

Edit: I found it in each toolpath you must select "From Machine" for the Home position.

 

I would have thought the control def which says "Get position from Machine definition" would overrite this.

How a lathe runs home is controled by Misc #1

and you need to set it to match you preference.

I got it working correctly.

 

I thought the control def would overide everything but thats not the case.
