Can you stop a path from generating

After it started calculating the path?

 

i have a simple scallop path that should only

take 20 second that is taking almost 15 minuts

and is only at 26% multithreading

Rick, in the multi-threading manager, just select that particular toolpath and click the square stop button (vcr button) on the upper, left-hand corner.

Ive been having a similar problem with Dynamic Milling path. It would freeze at 50% and never get any further. I even left it for 30 minutes while I went to lunch. The profile was a very basic profile with basic stock surrounding it.

 

Mastercam would completely stop responding after a few minutes.

 

I was never able to solve the issue. When I have time I would like to send the file to Mastercams QC and see if they and figure out why it is locking up.

Mastercam really needs to make Dynamic milling take advantage of multi-threading.
