1 1/4-4 Acme thread - left and right hand

I have to program a shaft for external 1 1/4-4 acme thread and there is no 1 1/4-4 acme thread in the thread tables. There is a 1 1/4-5 acme. It's not even in my machinist handbook.

 

Does anybody know where to find the data for that thread? I guess what all I really need is the minor diameter.

 

I have never programmed an acme thread before, I don't see why it would be much different than a regular thread.
